How healthy eating can improve your everyday life

Healthy eating doesn't start with a list of bans, but with conscious choices. Once you know a few basic principles, you can build them into your daily routine without much effort.
The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends making most of your meals plant-based: plenty of vegetables and fruit, wholegrain foods and pulses. Animal-based foods round out the menu in moderation.
My advice: don't try to change everything at once. One extra portion of vegetables a day, or reaching for wholegrain instead of white flour, is a realistic first step. It is exactly these small habits that last.
In a personal consultation we look together at which changes fit your life. Because the best nutrition plan is the one you can genuinely stick to.
Nutrition counselling covers health and prevention only. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
